Brett and I have been talking for several days now about lower and lower on the Dow Jones.

However, there's much going on in a market that is in a panic mode to pay attention to.

We begin, of course, with Brett. Welcome, Brett.

The day's trading was disappointing in that there was no new theme introduced today.

There was early this morning talk of a 90-day pause in some fashion.

The White House quickly came out and denied there was a pause.

So there's talk in all directions.

However, the third day of selling did not feel as feverish to me as the first two days.
