likes a deal. It's not meant to be specific. It's in general and understanding that there are

many strong nations who have a trade imbalance with the U.S. that Mr. Trump once corrected.

In addition, there are tariff barriers to U.S. products that are not reciprocated by the U.S.

The reciprocal tariffs that Mr. Trump has proposed are aspirational, but at the same time negotiable.
