Jonathan, I spoke of this some year or more ago

and the last paragraph is now chilling.

Policymakers in Washington must remember that Hamas is a persistent threat

to regional stability and the politics of Gaza are Gordian not.

These are well-armed terrorists who flagrantly violate the laws of war

while receiving weapons, cash and training from state sponsors

who cheer for the decline of the American-led world order.
