Hoover Institution writing most recently in real clear politics about Harvard College, the curriculum at Harvard College and a discovery.

Peter, a very good evening to you, Harvard's problems are many and they will play out over these next weeks because there are documents that are required by the House of Representatives investigating how it is that Harvard among other elite universities,

vouchsafe hatred on the campus and the guise of tolerance,

as special hatred because of the tragedy of the 20th century directed against Jewish students.

You, however, have discovered someone, Harry Lewis,

who is published in the Harvard Crimson,

a revelation about the Harvard curriculum.

Perhaps even the students at Harvard are unaware of this.

Who is Harry Lewis and what did he discover?

Good to be with you again, Sean.

Yes, Harry Lewis is a remarkable fellow at Harvard. He's been at the college since about 1968 when he graduated from it. He's been a professor of computer science for a long time for decades and from the

mid-90s to the early 2000s Harry Lewis was Dean of Harvard College.

In other words, he's been at Harvard on the banks of the Charles River

for more than a half century.

His testimony about what's going on,

what's going wrong at Harvard carries some significant weight and he published a

column in the Harvard Crimson about a month ago in which he declared that the source of anti-semitism on Harvard's campus is not Harvard's

having admitted anti-Semitic students, it's not pockets of anti-semitism on the faculty or in the

administration. It's got nothing to do with the leadership of Claudine Gay who

had been president and before that herself a dean at Harvard College.
