I welcome the author, Colonel Jeffrey McCauslin, CBS News,

visiting Professor Dickinson College, CEO Diamond Six Leadership and Strategy, the author of

battle-tested Gettysburg leadership

lessons for the 21st century leaders because Jeff's going to take us

through that first day July 1st, 1863 at a crossroads town that we celebrate as Gettysburg, but at the time

no one had a good sense that this was going to be a meeting battle between two armies, one commanded by Robert E. Lee, the

other by a man who had only been in command for a couple of days named General Meade.
