The indictment of the former president of the United States by the special council

Mr. Smith, and I invite Richard Epstein of the Hoover Institution, a senior fellow,

writing and defining ideas and often podcasting, I recommend all of them.

To comment on what I have in my notes found to be four defenses anticipated by the president's

councillors in trial that could be swift.

In fact, the next hearing I'm told is at the end of August, strange things happen in

August.

We come to three of these from the Wall Street Journal and the fourth from the Wall Street

Journal.

The event of these last days don't need encapsulation, I'll just say the word, the cliche

is uncharted territory, I would say we're about to sail off the edge of the world into

the unknown.

For the first defense, the Wall Street Journal features in a headline.

The question here is freedom of speech that is expected to be the president's councillors

defense.

The freedom of speech item, as I understand it, is first amendment and the ability or willingness

or embrace of ideas that are either inaccurate or hostile or dissenting is covered by the

constitution.
