But right now we're going to turn to history because all of us of a certain age

when we watch these disorders from Columbia University to the University of Texas to UCLA.

We're thrown back on our youth, 1968, 69, 70, and the Vietnam War.

However, what I learned from Bill is that inside these protests there is always

a California governor who is either gaining an advantage or losing an advantage

depending upon events.
