Hello everybody. Happy New Year to you. It's January 2nd, 2025. I got all your news for your rush hour ride to work, or maybe you're

coming home from work, or maybe you're not working at all, maybe you're a nursing a hangover.

I don't care what you're doing. You got a special episode for you, though, today. We're still in

the quasi vacation mode. So I decided to actually kind of do a deep dive into Blake lively,

Justin Baldoni, and interviewed a content creator.

And this is, I love talking to fellow content creators about the Baldoni versus Blake

lively case, right? There's a lot of accusations of smear campaigns and were you seeded

information to think a certain way. I'm actually going to address in this interview some

comments I saw online that weren't

nefarious at all that were wondering if I personally was given information that would have been

on the pro-Blake lively side and I was fed the wrong information so that I would present to my

audience certain vibes. And first of all, that's categorically not true. I actually don't really

have many, if any, first person sources. Most of what I share is from things that are already

reported. But either way, I dive into that. And what I love about interviewing folks who cover

the case is finding out what they thought when the story broke and how their minds might

have been changed based on new

information that's come out. That's the way the world is supposed to work, right? Which is trying the

best with the information you have. And that means being a little humble, having a little grace,

having a little ability to change your opinion. And I did just that when, you know, Blake

Lively's New York Times article came out.

It was pretty damning stuff about Baldoni. But we also knew a lot of it was cherry-picked.
