Afterward, the Supreme Court is poised to rule on a tariff decision. Upholding the lower court's ruling against the President's authority would cause absolute chaos, including uncertainties in repaying affected countries and determining when tariffs qualify as national security measures, as exemplified by the 25% tariff on nations doing business with Iran solely for security reasons.
