Hello everybody and welcome to the January 1st, New Year's Day episode of the Daricunter podcast.

I'm sorry, I'm probably talking too loud for those of you out there with hangovers,

but get a little hair of the dog, go to brunch today, or on the second if you can't take it because you're going to get

not just the one Greek screaming, which is bad enough, as my wife will tell you,

but one and a half Greeks because your host here, your guest host, Dean Carriannis,

is joined by, none other than once again, George Cocoa Pryas, my friend and colleague of many years from 1995 on Russell and Bull the television show.

Then we both worked at Fox News Channel together.

George was the producer of the Dredge Report on the Fox News Channel, still remembered very fondly along with the show I worked at most of the time, Pet News.

And he's here again from, well, we're still really in the aftermath,

the four years, five years and after Rush left, but we were there all that time.

So George, welcome again, because this is great for me and I think people like it.

Well, happy New Year to you and everyone out there. And I

certainly enjoy being here. So thanks for having me again. It's a lot of fun to talk with you.

We got a new year now. What are we going to do with this? If Rush liked listening to us all these

years and valued what we had to contribute, then the two of us together must have something that we

can offer people who are listening. So that's my reason for having you here. And I think I'm getting good feedback on it. So what do you think? When I ask you to be on, what is your, what is your feeling? How are you, this is what, your fourth, fifth, sixth time? Maybe I'm having you. How do you feel about the folks out there that are listening?

I feel bad that I don't give them a better show. First of all, that's the first thing I think after every one of these is, God, that was terrible. And then other people listen to it and tell me and convince me that, no, it wasn't so bad. And then eventually that it was actually pretty good and I enjoyed it. So if people enjoy it, who am I to say no

to the public? No, but I enjoy talking with you. I think we hit certain points that the other one

maybe didn't think about and maybe in a different way because we have such a similar point

of view, but different in certain ways. And I think that it's always just a lot of fun to just,

and especially at the end of the year,

or beginning of a new year, take a look at what's gone on and what might be coming up,
