0:58.0	I'm a big fan of Dave Ramsey's all like his intensity,
1:02.0	and I think he does a whole heap of good as a result.
1:07.0	And he talks about how it's okay to get a mortgage a 15 year fixed.
1:13.2	I think he still says it's 25% of your take home pay.
1:18.1	So he's keeping people in houses that are small and reasonable,
1:20.7	which I really like.
1:22.0	I think people buy too much house. and I'm
1:25.0	I really like. I think people buy too much house and I am included in that.
1:27.0	Julie and I have been thinking about downsizing for a while.
1:31.0	Um, anyway, he mentions that it's okay to get a mortgage. You know, you pay off all your debt.
