| 0:41.6 | enjoy this. Welcome to this guided meditation. My name is Yogi Brian and it's time to meditate. |
| 0:52.0 | It's time to relax, giving this time for you. So find a comfortable place, preferably |
| 1:01.0 | quiet, a place where you can sit or lie down. And once you find that place, keep your |
| 1:09.4 | body still. And if you do hear any sounds in your environment, those sounds will just |
| 1:17.4 | relax you even more and more because those sounds are supposed to be there and you're |
| 1:28.2 | supposed to be here because you're exactly where you need to be. So once you find that |
| 1:37.6 | place where you can sit or lie down, softly and gently close your eyes. Softly, gently close |
| 1:50.4 | your eyes and bring your awareness and attention to your breathing. Nothing to do or control |
| 2:02.8 | with your breathing. Just observe your breathing. And just notice how your breath feels. How |
| 2:29.1 | does it feel? And it's okay at the start of a meditation for your mind to wander. But |
