Hello my friends and happy Monday. Did you hear that we're coming up on the second birthday of 3 in 30?

I can't believe it. It has been incredible to see the podcast grow and reach mothers all over the country and even the world.

I'm super grateful to live in a time when technology does such a good job of connecting all of us.

And speaking of technology, many of you have been asking for an online version of my decletter your motherhood workshop so you can attend wherever you are.

And I'm thrilled to announce that it's finally happening.

I'll be hosting two online live workshops in October for 3 in 30 listeners who can't make it to an in-person event.

It's going to be fantastic. It won't be pre-recorded.

I will be there teaching you online the day via a program called Zoom and you'll have the opportunity to ask me questions and interact with the other moms there.

I'm also going to mail you a workbook the week before the event so you get the full workshop experience.

I wish that I could hug each and every one of you in person but since that's not possible, this is the next best thing and I know it's going to be so great.
