Yeah, you know, this is really interesting because people sometimes resist the idea that they need a coach even when all the signs are there.

But sometimes I think you realize that you've grown as far as you can go and you're wondering, like, what am I going to do next? You know, is somebody going to find me out?

You kind of have that imposter syndrome, but unfortunately for a lot of us, we get so busy in the day-to-day operations of our business that it's really hard to think about strategy.

And it's hard to think about kind of what our plan is to go to the next level.

Yeah, and so today we're going to show you the way out of that dilemma, and we've got three reasons you need to hire a coach.

I know that you both have a coach that you consult with.

But something like two thirds of CEOs get no coaching or no leadership advice.

I don't find it surprising, but I do kind of find it stupid.

You know, I got to tell you a story.

So back about 20 years ago, and I've told part of this story before, but I haven't told the part of about to tell very much.

And that is that I ended up turning around a division that was a part of Thomas Nelson publishers.

And that division was dead last in every metric over the course of 18 months.

We turned it from dead last 14 out of 14 to number one in all the important metrics.
