| 1:46.0 | So back about 20 years ago, and I've told part of this story before, but I haven't told the part of about to tell very much. |
| 1:53.0 | And that is that I ended up turning around a division that was a part of Thomas Nelson publishers. |
| 2:00.0 | And that division was dead last in every metric over the course of 18 months. |
| 2:04.0 | We turned it from dead last 14 out of 14 to number one in all the important metrics. |
