I'm in business to take care of my two little girls, my wife and hopefully I can take

care of my employees and myself and maybe my dreams come true.

So for 30, almost 30 years now, I've been doing business on my own starting with a little

more than a college education trying to figure the deal out.

And right now real estate is like every time you open up a newspaper day, you're going

to see something about real estate, bankrate.com wrote and the USA Today all in the same week.

Many metro areas USA Today says many metro areas have seen significant increases in rental

properties since 2006 since the collapse.
