Summary

Vision is necessary to exist. At least that's my opinion and that of many others as well. Life is much more enjoyable when it feels like a journey. Step by step you are moving closing to your vision of what you would like your life to be like. Mindfulness lets us move forward without the stress and anxiety that is sometimes present. What does the word vision mean to you? Because I'm a musician, I often think about starting to learn a piece of music and moving toward a place where I can perform that selection.Quotes:“Where there is no vision, there is no hope.” George Washington Carver“Hold the vision, trust the process." Anon“In Order to Carry a Positive Action we must develop here a positive vision.
