Katie, and today I want to jumpstart us off by sharing a few recent items that I have gotten rid of.

But before I do that, taking a step back, I have gotten lots of messages from people lately.

A lot of my listeners or people on social who follow me, just sharing how defeated they are and overwhelmed by the clutter.

And, you know, a lot of the sentiment and things

shared with me kind of fall back on, if only I had more time. If only I had 30 minutes each day

or 60 minutes or 90 minutes each week, it would be so much easier to be able to declutter.

And yeah, like absolutely. It would feel better for a lot of us if we

had those huge chunks of time. But for the majority of us, that's not really an option. And so my

encouragement to you is if you are feeling overwhelmed is to stop looking for those, you know,

elusive chunks of time in your day or your week,

you're not going to be able to find them. But here's the good news, you don't need them.

You truly don't. I think the beauty in being able to find these short moments, these magic,

you know, 30-second time frames, one minute, five-minute time frames throughout our day,

just a couple of them each

and every day to do a quick assessment of the space you're working in or where you're doing

tours or whatever and go, hey, you know, there's 10 bottles of shampoo I need to use up and then I can
