layered in all the ways that guilt can come out through the declutter process. One of my

As a mom, I think about all the ways that guilt has impacted my life, whether it's mom guilt,

just parenting guilt, just all the different ways that guilt comes into our life, my life.

And it's showed me and it's prevented me, guilt has prevented me from growing in lots of ways.

And so last year in 2020, I really started

making a big effort to crush that guilt, get it out of my life so I can shift and continue on,

you know, reaching my goals and being the human being that I want to be in life. And I know,
