0:28.1	we're going to jump into a TSA from Sam. Sam says, I have been a first grade teacher for four years now
0:34.0	and I've spent so much time organizing, creating materials, resources, etc. I just accepted
0:39.6	a new job in a new district as a kindergarten teacher and I feel like a first year teacher all over
0:45.2	again. I'm trying to find ways to use resources and materials from my previous job, but feeling overwhelmed
0:50.9	about expectations. What to throw away or what might actually be useful.

1:01.2	So here is what I did when I transitioned from second grade
