Turner and she is a yoga psychologist at meditation teacher, a beautiful yoga teacher, well known. a When I saw her online and we looked a little bit alike and she was teaching meditation

I don't know we just found each other like we had known each other so I've reached out or she reached out and suddenly we became

friends and we started

co-creating courses together and working together. She's just wonderful. So we

decided there are so many topics that because we're both psychotherapist that we wanted to hit but we

decided to do conscious breakups I won't call it conscious uncoupling because

that's just gotten such a bad rap, but conscious break-ups.
