This is a lawsuit out of Texas.

I love these lawsuits because the whole issue of emotional damage, it's not all that easy to,

it really isn't all that easy to ascertain and all that easy to prove.

The law just doesn't like emotional damage.

It's kind of sloppy.

Law likes physical damage.

You broke your leg.

Here's the bill.

You got to repair it.

Your head came off in a car accident.

Yeah.

Emotional damage is, wow, that really hurt. It didn't hurt me physically,

but it really hurt me emotionally. It's very subjective. Now, there are a couple of areas

where emotional damage really do fly and have flown from the beginning. Mother's seeing

their kids killed in front of them. That to fly no one sort of uh underestimates

that one emotional damage will fly also families dealing with dead people where negligence occurs

you know on the way to a couple of cases i remember in law school on the way to the graveside

paul bearers pick up the cas, bottom of the casket falls out,

Uncle Murray drops and is rolling down the hill, emotional damage. That works, and this is one of

those very similar cases in Texas. All right, you have a man who dies, Juan Chucco Meza,

we'll call him Chucco. And he dies in 2021. All right. So he's at home.
