Marginal legal advice where I tell you, you have no case.

I want to go back to the debate with Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

And the reason I'm going back is that a lawsuit out of that, actually a criminal complaint has just been filed.

Okay, so let's go back, and I thought the most interesting part of that debate is Donald Trump

arguing, and he's doing an anti-immigration thing, and he's arguing that the Haitian community

in Springfield, Ohio, were eating their pets, eating their dogs and cats.

And then he repeated, they're eating their dogs and cats. They're eating their cats. They're eating their dogs.

All right. Well, needless to say, there's not a whole lot of proof of not even recipe books out there with the Haitian community.

So you think there'd be defamation, although a community can't sue for defamation.

It has to be individuals.

But I'll tell you what a community can do.

A group, the group's attorney actually filed a criminal complaint against Donald Trump and

J.D. Vance.

How do they do that?

How does a group of citizens file a criminal complaint?

It's only the prosecuting authorities.

Well, Ohio happens to have a law that

allows a criminal complaint to be filed. Now, then it goes to the DA and decides whether or not to

file, but the initial filing can be done. And so they are suing, the Haitian community is suing Donald Trump and J.D. Vance for

making that accusation. By the way, they've doubled down. They've never said, no, there's no

evidence whatsoever. I mean, a matter of fact, the evidence is that they cite a woman called in who said she had heard someone say that they're eating their dogs and cats.
