Most Republicans would like to have the new justice in place by election day, but making that

happen will require extraordinary speed.

We are now just five weeks from election day and it typically takes double that time to move from a presidential nomination to a Senate confirmation.

but this morning it's making news for all the right ones.

Durlan Newy of Utah took a 30-hour per week job with Papa John when he realized he couldn't live

on Social Security alone. He soon became a local legend with regulars including

the Valdez family who began posting videos of his signature drop-off kindness.

That led to their Tik-Toc appeal.
