SpaceX founder Elon Musk says he'll reveal the identity of this brave person sometime today.

Lots of people quizzed Mr Musk on Twitter trying to find out who it might be. He didn't answer, but

did we back an emoji of a Japanese flag. Some believe that means it'll be Soft Bank CEO Masayoshi's son, whoever it is will be the first to visit

the moon since the Apollo mission back in 1972.

There's no date yet for liftoff and no word on how much this person is paying for his or her galactic ride.

The trouble isn't over for those in the path of Florence.

Rain continues to drench the Carolinas, in some places two to three inches an hour is still falling.

Flooding is the biggest concern because many rivers won't even reach their highest point for another day or so. Rescue crews

meantime have been working round the clock to help families caught off guard by the

rising waters. Utility companies also have their work cut out for them.

More than 1 million people are still without power.

President Trump approved a major disaster declaration for North Carolina, the hardest hit state,

and he is expected to travel to areas affected by the storm this week.

Maybe Mr. Trump will time his visit with a testing of a new National Emergency Alert System.

On Thursday at 2.18 PM Eastern Time, which is 1118 a.m. Pacific Time, the Trump administration

will send a text message to all US cell phones that reads,

Presidential Alert.

This is a test of the National Wireless Emergency Alert

System.

No action is needed.

TV and radio stations will follow the cell phone alert with their own about two minutes later.
