1:01.1	How good an idea or bad idea is that?

1:07.6	So apartment rents have gone up by really unprecedented amounts in a very short period

1:17.7	The last time we experienced anything like this in the United States was in 1946,
1:24.6	2007, and 2008, I think, in the aftermath of World War II, everything had been about
1:32.0	the war effort from 39 when Germany first invaded, I think 39 was when they invaded Poland.
1:41.3	38 must have been Czech, Czechoslovakia, 39 Poland, all the way through 45, everything
1:48.5	had been about the war.
1:51.0	After the war, we had all these returning GIs, all these new family formations.
1:56.9	We had an extreme housing shortage and what happened, prices went crazy.
