This is a fun one out of Texas.

So a woman gets a traffic ticket driving down the highway in Texas, arguing that her fetus is another passenger in the car.

She's in the HOV lane.

And the cop still tickets her.

Nah, we can't figure your pregnancy as another person in the car.

So she gets ticket number one, and they actually drop the case because here's her legal argument.

Texas has passed a law that says that after conception, there's a human being there. It doesn't say the human being can or cannot be in a

womb. It just says there's a human being there. Now, in a lot of states, states that allow abortion,

a fetus is not a human being. Because to define a fetus as a human being and you abort it,

that's murder on its face.

So, of course, the only way you can do it logically is simply say that's not a person under

the law.

That's not a human being under the law.

Texas, right after conception, you're a human being.

That's terrific, isn't it?

So she, they decide not to prosecute and drop the case.

So she gets a second ticket within a month, claiming that her unboard child allows her to drive in the

HOV lane. And now what do the authorities do? Massive attention she got, claiming that the new anti-abortion bill simply means she has the right to do it.

So at this point, the authorities, the Texas Department of Transportation, they don't know what to do.

Nobody knows what to do.

It's an easy answer, incidentally.

There's no issue.
