Hey guys, welcome back to the podcast.

You know, we're going to talk about something that, I don't know even how to describe this

0:10.7

conversation, but it's just such an important conversation today.

0:14.4

And in thinking about how I was going to do this introduction, I started to think about

0:19.1

personal growth.

0:20.7

And when it comes to personal growth,

0:22.9

like real freaking personal growth, there often needs to be some hard truths. Whether it comes

1:23.2

important episode as well. But there were things that she said to me at the beginning of my

1:27.4

experience as a stepmom that really offended me. And I felt like they didn't resonate. And then

1:32.3

years later, I was like, oh my gosh, Brenda was right. So this may be an episode that makes you a

1:38.6

little uncomfortable if you're a stepmom. You may even get offended. Or on the flip side,

1:46.6

you may be like, oh my gosh, someone finally gets it and you may feel really validated. It could be either. But regardless, I think this is a must
