So we are going to be chatting today about wellness. So I know that for women this is a huge topic,

Super excited to be here. So excited to have you. Could you just first introduce yourself and tell us

a little bit about who Erin is? I can. Erin Moore. I'm 38. I'm married to my husband,

that we have four kids ages 15 and down to four. So a little bit, he's still in there. I own

Erin Moore Kitchen. I work from home in my tiny little upstairs office. We homeschool our kids. So

we have busy life. I'm a director of a nonprofit in our area. So lots and lots to keep us busy
