And I met Lee at a SAG after a mental health day put on by the great at dinner do little, the one and only the magnificent.

And you know, I'm just continuing this month about self-care and self-health.

I had another dear friend lose their life this last week and I'm just really wanting to contribute to whatever I can for resources, understanding perspective on the mental health importance and challenges.

It is facing those of us that are actors, artists pursuing this industry after in question mark, not sure this pandemic, 2022.

So I'm really excited for everyone to listen to this episode. I listened to it like three times. It's just so, it's so good.
