I'm going to bring up a lawsuit that former President Trump has filed.

Now, pick a lawsuit, and there are dozens, probably hundreds that he has filed over the years since he started working in his 20s, and he's now 77.

So you've got 50 years of these suits.

And I mean, it just, it does not stop.

As a matter of fact, it was just reported that just in terms of what's going on defending himself

since these accusations that started, the recent ones ones is already into $40 million.

I mean, it just doesn't stop.

So here's one that somehow slipped through the cracks,

which is kind of an interesting one.

And that is a suit that was dismissed by a judge,

a federal judge, who was a Trump appointee, by the way.

And this is where Donald Trump sued CNN for $475 million on a defamation case.

He argued that CNN defamed him by calling his position that the 2020 election was a big lie.

CNN referred to the deniers as big.

It was a big lie that they did it.

Now remember, the other side, it was fake news.

This is accusing former President Trump

and the position that the election was stolen, quote, the big lie. So he sues them for defamation.

And you go, where is the defamation? Aha! Here's their argument. He argued argued the phrase the big lie was used during world war two by the

Nazis to describe anything that in fact was derogatory to the Nazi cause if one one were to say, in addition to getting killed, of course,

but if one were to say the Nazi position regarding Jews was a big lie,

okay, obviously you're in a lot of trouble and they kill you, but anything,
