And we begin with the former president of the United States headed to court in Washington,

D.C. this afternoon to be a reigned or formally charged in a third criminal case.

This time, Donald Trump is accused of trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

The news came down late Tuesday when a grand jury indicted him for conspiring to defraud

the United States. And for obstructing certification of the electoral college vote,

a plan that allegedly fueled the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.

The other two indictments he faces relate to breaking campaign finance laws and

mishandling classified documents. Those trials are scheduled for March and May.

Today's hearing will be held at 4 p.m. Eastern. According to the New York Times, Mr. Trump has

denied all wrongdoing and called the most recent charges fake.

Taylor Swift's era's tour may be the gift that keeps on giving.

As the singer wraps up her remaining six sold-out shows in Los Angeles,

entertainment tonight has learned she gave up to $100,000 bonuses to 50 of her production crew,

including truck drivers, band members, dancers, lighting and sound technicians,

caterers and others who help make the tour happen. And Swift's generosity doesn't end there.

According to the Mercury News, Swift has been making donations to food banks in cities she toured.

Second harvest of Silicon Valley called Swift's donation Enchanting News,

referring to her song Enchanted. And the Food Bank of the Rockies said that during her

recent stop in Denver, the singer donated enough for 75,000 meals.

It's lights out for the old-fashioned American light bulb. As of this week, sales of most incandescent

light bulbs are now banned under the government's new energy efficiency rules. According to CNN,
