super short and sweet episode, I'm going to be sharing with you this really weird declutter

trick that I've used over the years over and over again that helps eliminate overwhelm.

So why is this important? Why should we focus on eliminating overwhelm? Well, because I know after coaching

now thousands of women on their declutter journey that overwhelm is so frequently the major roadblocks

that, number one, stops them from getting started, number two, stops them along their journey,

or number three, stops them from ever finishing and getting

to at least, you know, their first goal of having an uncluttered home. So this declutter

trick I'm going to be sharing with you is something that I actually began doing kind of by

accident. I didn't know really what I was doing and why I was choosing to do it this way. But the trick I'm

going to be sharing made it so much more effective for me to make great declutter decisions,

meaning I let go of a lot more than I would have otherwise. And again, it helped me bypass that

overwhelm, which otherwise would have stopped me. So are you ready? All right. So here it is.
