I wrote this post on Instagram maybe a couple months ago and it really seemed to resonate with a lot

of you. I know I've seen studies and stats out there just showing the

huge amounts of people globally and specifically women and moms who deal with these mental

health issues and really, really struggle when it comes to depression and anxiety. And I think that's

only grown, sadly enough, in the year 2020. So this is why I kind of

wanted to turn that post into a podcast so I could reach more people. I know the challenges that come

along with struggling with those things. And if you haven't heard my story of why I got

depths of despair in motherhood. And I don't say that lightly.
