Today marks a very exciting day for us... It's the official launch day of our new iOS app, Habits!
We designed this app with YOU in mind.
Each episode of The Ultimate Health Podcast is filled to the brim with health information and inspiration. This is great but can be overwhelming (even for us).
So... We've created a tool that allows you to start practicing and adopting healthy habits, right away. These can be from the podcast or elsewhere. It's time to get organized!
You start out by selecting a few habits that you want to adopt from a list of over 100 ideas that come preloaded in the app. They are categorized under nutrition, fitness, sleep, personal care, personal growth, and miscellaneous. You also have the ability to create your own habits.
The list of healthy habits included in the app are inspired from episodes of The Ultimate Health Podcast, co-hosted by Dr. Jesse Chappus & Marni Wasserman. Some of their world-class guests include Gretchen Rubin, Lewis Howes, David Wolfe, and Rich Roll. Detailed information describing the habits and how they will benefit you are included. Links to associated podcast episodes are also available within the app.
There is a section in the app for keeping notes. This is where you can journal, jot down recipes, and keep track of the benefits you are experiencing as you incorporate new habits.
A personal profile in the app keeps track of the habits you are currently practicing along with the habits you’ve already adopted. You can set a daily reminder to help keep you on track.
Adopting healthy habits just got easier for you!
