I just want everyone to know that I very quickly move past because I don't even know what to make of your intro sometimes.

Okay, got it. There's, yeah, Disney tunes are like now going through my head and I don't want,

I don't want that right now. So we're going to move on. Our time together today is going to be

focused on a topic that isn't awesome, but a topic that does come up every once in a while in group,

and the topic is dismissing group members.

This is not something that's enjoyable.

It's not something that's wanted by anybody involved, but sometimes it's a necessity.

We want to talk through this issue.

We want to talk about why to dismiss a group member, when it's the right call, and how to do it.

So we're going to lean into Ashley's experience and an expertise and then our experience

being in groups as well.
