And that's because sometimes I think we actually think too hard.

We try so hard to make a decision, make the right decision, and we put so much effort into it. And we get, we get really sometimes all

tense with all the thoughts surrounding the decision, which when in fact, I think for the

brain to really work well, we need to be more relaxed and maybe go out

for a run or get some exercise, go for a swim, something like that. You know, yeah, think about

everything that's involved with the decision, but sometimes just give your body a chance to

kind of relax and then maybe that decision will come more
