And I really want to kick things off by discussing what is probably the biggest news in your life right now,

years, I guess. Can you tell, bring us up to date, Joe, what's been going on?

Well, thank you for having me on. So about a month ago, we sold Carpology.

Massive. Yeah. It was a big decision, really big decision. We were approached by, we had no

plans to sell the magazine. It was just, we got

approached by a company called Kelsey beginning of the year. How does that happen? Right. How does

someone approach you and say, I want to buy your baby that you've built over 20 years, the best part

of 20 years? It was just a letter.

A letter in the post from the CEO, Steve. And he just said, I come up at the outline,

but basically, were we interested in selling Toffee publications, the publisher of Carpology?

And Rob came in, because it must have been addressed to Rob, and he came into my office and showed me, and I was sort of said, I think this is one of those like, you know, a con sort of it wasn't going to be anything legit. And I said, we'll just email him back and see. And then, yeah, we went from there, basically. It was a long process. We, like I say, I think it was end of January. And then we had some initial calls. Then we went down, met them. They took

us out for lunch, met who ultimately is our publisher, Oz. And then from there, we then made

a decision, obviously went back and forth, lots of questions, then made a decision that we were

going to do it, and then went ahead of it.
