reaching out telling me some people just were talking about their own

journeys about some people move to Florida some people move other places and it's

just why I do episodes like that are two reasons. One, booking guests suck and I don't like it. And two, I, what was nice about getting those messages was realizing that like I not that I'm not

alone but like people go through what you're and I don't know it's weird because

obviously intellectually I know look at that word I I just pulled out intellectually on you.

The name, uh, word drop. I know that

other people have gone through the same shit I'm going through, but it's,

it's nice to like hear it from other people. Like, yeah, oh yeah, I did that and it worked out or this is something I do to be happy.

It's like, it's just sometimes as an introvert or like just someone who is

by them so I work from home I'm by myself actually not really that much anymore

I guess I am during the day a little bit, but it's just nice. I'm in my head. That's better. I might not be alone, but even when I'm around people, I'm in my head talking discussing planning everything but I'm alone in my

head and it gets a little bit crowded in there so to like talk to other people and just hear that oh yeah you know what I went through this and worked out.

It really did help so thank you and I had a great week last week. It's it's hit 60 a couple times here

So I don't want to cry. I did figure out by the way what the difference is

between being in a cold weather place versus a hot weather place because trust me when I was 336 pounds I did not enjoy it
