I'm excited.

It's a kind of a gloomy day down here in Texas. I'm looking out the windows. It's overcast

fog. We just had a lot of rain down here in Texas, which we've needed for several years.

But man, it's getting soggy down here.

Well every week when I sit down to record this podcast,

I first read the reviews that you, the listeners,

write over on iTunes at the end of the show for the past 20

or so episodes I've been given shoutouts and thanking you personally and this

week there was a review that was very peculiar because it had a reference to my father and it's appropriate.

I didn't plan it out this way, but my father is a meat scientist he has a PhD from Texas

A&M university my own alma. And he has been studying and preparing on the science side food for decades

and he's well known in his industry and so I was a little bit
