Leadership is key if you desire to be great! When it comes to leading others, we must first learn to lead ourselves. In this episode, I share a recent story that I was reminded of when being at a leadership conference in Atlanta over the past week. When it comes to leaders like Ghandi and the other greats in our world, you must remember that you can't just be the messenger. If you want to have the profound impact you desire as a leader, you must be the message and I explain how you can do just that!
