now these episodes were intended to be evergreen and I still believe there's a lot of good

information in these early episodes, but I do want to let you know that some of my ideas have evolved

Like can you imagine how much confusion that would bring

if you were a farmer and you didn't understand that the world

had this rhythm and that your career had to focus on growth when it was time to plant new seeds. And I think so often our career

follows these specific rhythms and that actually our motivation is destroyed by the confusion of really

misunderstanding where it is we are and when we misunderstand the season that

we're in we're never going to get the most from it.
