Hello, this is the Habla Cunnington Podcast and I'm Habla Cunnington.

I'm glad that you have joined me today on our quick topic on the things that keep me

safe and sound as a mom and a wife and a woman who runs an organization as well as the

leader in the church.

And you know, all of us have our stuff that keeps us going in life and I believe core values

that keep us safe in life.

But for me, I have a few things that help me in the journey to keep me going forward and

keep me safe.

So today, I want to talk about one of my favorite things that I've kept throughout every season.

And I have not always been married and I have not always been a mom and I have not always

been a minister and early on in my years of preparation into the life that I now have.

I started a habit that kept me very safe.

It kept me grounded and it's allowed me to grow through every season.

And that is every day in any moment that I can find.

I tried to listen to a podcast, a message or a time of worship, some kind of time during

my day where I tried to get fed.

I try to learn something new each day.

Now there were times when I've had, as many of you know, I have four children.

There were many times when I did not have any time to myself other than when I was feeding

my baby.

And I would set up my podcast, my speakers podcast next to when I was feeding my baby.

And I would, or my son, I can say, because I have four boys, but I would feed my four sons.
