So Natalie received her Master's degree in Social Work from West Virginia University

and back in 2013 and ever since she has been providing counseling to children, adults,

and families facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Her greatest passion, however, is working with teenagers, regarding their identity, self-esteem,

and the continuously evolving issues that they face in our current world.

And we all know the challenges that they are facing right now.

Now in addition, Natalie also works with women concerning postpartum depression and anxiety

as well as the challenges that come from motherhood.

So she has studied Social Work in Southeast Asia, Northern Ireland.

She was also introduced to a type of therapy that we're going to talk about today called

But in 2020, Natalie published her first book, which is called Dear Mama.
