Hi everybody, welcome back to The Be There and Five Podcast.

If you're new here, I am Kate, the owner and founder of a namesake company called Be There

and Five.

We are best known for our proprietary Remind Our Mouts, which see you on your way out of

Thousin, instead of on your way in the home with phrases such as turn off your strainer,

turn off your curling iron, blow out your candles, etc.

Basically, just serving as a red flag for any landlord that you can and will burn down your

apartment at any moment, not really just kidding.

And yes, I am talking unusually fast.

I don't want to bore you if you're not new here, but if you are new here, I need to tell you a little

bit about what's going on and I just don't want you to turn me off within the first two minutes.

And there's just so many other things you could be doing and listening to and I need to fight for your attention.

So I was going for kind of an auctioneer vibe, but frankly was not pulling it off, so I'm going to slow down from here on out.

I do a lot of custom watercolors and acrylics for my nearest and dearest and we have a marketing consulting arm,

a couple secret projects, you know, just so you think I'm mysterious and cool.

of providing day-to-day observations and of anything to do with the zeitgeist since the day I was born really.
