And we begin with, It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a floating cell phone tower.

Google's Project Loon has launched solar-powered balloons in the skies over Kenya, Africa

as a way to provide much-needed internet access.

Previously, these balloons were only used after disasters like earthquakes or hurricanes

destroyed existing cell phone towers, but the pandemic has made internet access super important, as many aren't unable to go to school, work, or even see a

doctor. And according to a recent report only 28% of Africa's 1.3 billion people are connected to the internet.

So for the first time, about 35 floating cell phone towers made of giant plastic sheets the size of a tennis court are bringing the internet to Kenya to help spread

communication and hopefully stop the spread of the virus.

The ACT failed its own test.

Saturday was supposed to be an exam day for thousands of high school sophomores and juniors,

but when many of those students showed up,

they were greeted by a sign saying,

sorry, today's ACT has been canceled.

Apparently, the testing service was supposed

to notify takers of the late change, but didn't. Among them, according to CNN, parents who drove six

hours from Massachusetts to New York City, two hours from north to South Carolina, and three

hours across the state of Tennessee.

All of those families spent a night in a hotel

only to find out a test time that there would be no test.

So far, the ACT is not responded to requests for comment.
