Aside from the six minutes you spend intently listening to Kid News, do mornings stress

you out?

You're not alone.

The winter British researchers pinpointed the exact time of day when most of us are

most frazzled, and that time, 7.23 am.

The recent study was commissioned by Rescue Remedy and pulled 2,000 Brits, interestingly

enough that specific stress times set in even before our little daily dramas begin, which

they found is typically around 7.50.

Topping the list of what can set us off, being stuck in traffic, spilling something on

our clothes, dropping and breaking something, waking up late, or spilling something on the

carpet.

In your family or among your friends, do the kids and adults stress out at the same time

of day?

Pull at least 5 adults and 5 children who you know, asking what time of day is the most

stressful for them, and why, and write up your results.
