There are many opportunities to waste one’s life. One of those ways is to allow one’s circle of interest to outstrip one’s circle of influence.

0:06.9	to share it with you today.
0:08.9	It goes like this, it says, every person, every man has two lives.
0:15.4	The second one begins when he realizes he only has one.
0:22.2	Every person has two lives and your second life begins when you realize you only have one.
0:26.9	I think it's a really profound, right?
0:30.2	Let's start the hallmally off with something profound because you hear that kind of thing
0:35.8	and you think, okay, that's true.
0:37.9	That recognition that I only have this one life.
0:41.0	What am I going to do with it?
0:42.0	It is a massive question, but then we have the second question, right?
0:44.6	The second question is, what am I going to do with it?
0:46.9	Yes, that is absolutely true.
0:48.6	I have one life, I have one place I can maybe pull my whole self out.
0:52.6	What am I going to do with that one life?
0:54.5	Because there's a painful truth that every one of us can experience, it probably so many
0:57.7	of us have is I can realize that this is true and I can still waste my life.
1:02.4	I can realize I only get one life and I can still end up wasting it.
1:07.1	I just think of the Prophet Jeremiah today.
1:10.3	We heard in Mass, there's these shepherds and the point of their lives is to govern the

1:18.0	The point of their lives is to take care of the sheep.
