Shohei didn't have as much luck at the plate, but no matter, he'd already made baseball

history as the first two-way starter in an all-star game.

The annual home run derby was held the night before and that belonged to repeat winner

Peter Lonzo.

The competition was tight until the Met slugger launched six balls into the stands in

just 30 seconds.

He wasn't modest accepting the victory, I'm a power hitter he told the press and I think

I'm the best power hitter on the planet.

He also thanked his parents for sparking his love of long balls by letting him stay

up late to watch the derby as a kid.

Two American cities are getting some serious props this morning.

First Boulder, Colorado, which was just named by US News and World Report as the best place

to live for the second year in a row.

According to the magazine, the reasons came down to a combination of quality of life, jobs,

and desirability.

But if breaking a sweat is your thing, consider Arlington, Virginia.

That town tops the charts as America's fittest for the fourth consecutive year.

66% of its residents say they've done some kind of exercise in the past month.
