There is one provision of the Constitution that says Congress has the absolute right to waste its time and introduce bills that have

no chance of passing and are only introduced for political purposes and no other reason.

Okay, so AOC introduces articles of impeachment against two justices of the Supreme Court.

The only way you can toss out justices is via impeachment. As a matter of fact,

that's any justice, any federal judge. Impeachment, that's it. Otherwise in that, not removed.

So she introduces articles of impeachment under that provision of the Constitution, which allows

Congress to completely waste its time.
