Good morning, and welcome to Kidnews Summer Style!

Through July, we're bringing you a Kidnews Classic Story, followed by a Newdler Challenge.

Last summer, 16-year-old Sophie A Rockle-U of Stewart won the 2022 Doodle for Google

Contest, a nationwide competition for K through 12th grade students to come up with their

own versions of Google's logo.

The theme was, I care for myself by, and Sophie's winning design replaced one of the O's

in the middle with an image of her hugging her mom.

The high school senior says her take on the theme is that we're never alone.

She received a $30,000 scholarship and her artwork showcased on Google's homepage.

Design your own logo that relates to the theme, I care for myself by, or use a positive

theme of your own choosing that reflects your personality.
